Different Planning Applications and Building Regulation Applications for differing size units were submitted and approved over a period of time as part of a phased redevelopment of old buildings on a well established Industrial Estate in Leeds.

The client successfully let the first Warehouse Unit and then went on to develop a block of starter units on the same site with all the necessary Local Authority Approvals and detail drawings and specifications provided by BDT for the client and contractor.
