Kirkstall Design Centre in Leeds is a Grade II Listed Building. Over a number of years BDT have gained many approvals for various alterations, internally and externally, designed to improve and enhance the property.

Major Design & Build Redevelopment at their existing site at Valetta Street in Hull.

The existing workshop was altered and refurbished and a new two storey Office Block / Reception was added to the side with a new Parts facility built within to combine all the facilities under one roof to enable the business to run more efficiently.

The existing reception / admin block and dilapidated workshops were demolished on completion and the externals updated to achieve a more efficient parking / display area.

This Public House in Birkenshaw has been altered, extended and refurbished several times over the years with additional toilets, changing rooms and Bar Area alterations and Licensing Application Drawings all prepared by BDT.
