New detached bungalow designed for a vacant site in Hunsworth, near Cleckheaton for a local couple. The project started on site as a bungalow and halfway through construction the client liked the idea of using the loft space for extra bedrooms and a bathroom. BDT were able to amend the scheme mid-build and obtain the necessary local authority approvals for a house rather than the original bungalow.
